Wilson Vale has strengthened its operations team with the promotion of Jake Herreros as area manager. Formerly a chef manager with Wilson Vale at The Beacon School, an independent day school for boys in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, he now takes responsibility for a portfolio of four clients.
Like all of the Wilson Vale’s operations team Herreros is a highly skilled chef, having started his career in fine dining, working as a commis chef at 16th century The Old Trout Hotel in Thame, Oxfordshire. He honed his fine dining skills before joining Wilson Vale at The Beacon School in 2013.
