McCormick Sessions return!

The McCormick Sessions return this April with some of the greatest minds in food delivering two exclusive, live digital masterclasses focusing on fun, flavour inspiration and new ways of thinking. The interactive sessions, aimed at foodservice professionals and driven by some of the hottest trends this year, are completely free to join.

Session #1 (10am on Friday 9th April with a re-run at 4pm) will see the breakout star of Masterchef: The Professionals and delivery specialist Philli Armitage-Mattin in the hosting hotseat. She'll be creating a number of exciting, delivery-focused dishes, using Frank’s RedHot and French’s Mustard that can help operators raise their takeaway game.  

Just three weeks later at 10am on Thursday 29th April (and re-run at 4pm), Christian Stevenson, AKA DJ BBQ, returns to the fold, alongside UK Butchery Skills Team Captain Simon Taylor, for session #2 – a Meat vs Plant-Based BBQ Battle Royale. Watch as the pair go head-to-head, showcasing Schwartz seasonings, American classic Old Bay and Mexican favourite Cholula Hot Sauce, as they battle for flavour supremacy across two contrasting styles.    

McCormick commercial controller Chris Cannon said: “Following their huge success last year, we’re excited to return in 2021 with two new exclusive McCormick Sessions. As we tentatively look forward to a summer with the hospitality sector back where it belongs, what better way to get inspired than signing up to these exclusive, free sessions!”
